A casual position(2 days /week)has become available for a Practice Nurse located in Strathpine. We offer a supportive team- based workplace in which the Practice Nurse will work closely with GP's to deliver high-quality, individualised care.

Key Responsibilities
Chronic Disease Management Plans and Health Assessments
Immunisation
Ear syringing
Minor Procedures
Recalls
ECG's and Spirometry
Ordering stock and vaccines
General Practice support

Skills and Experience
Knowledge of chronic disease management is essential
Capacity to multi task, prioritise and good time management
Must be pro-active with a can do positive attitude
Professional presentation
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Prior General Practice nursing experience is advantageous
