ATSICHS Brisbane invites applications for a Kin Connector & Family Support Specialist to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families. The role focuses on kin engagement, supporting kin carers, and coordinating family placements within our community health and wellbeing services.

You will undertake client engagement, conduct assessments, develop Transition Plans, document case notes, and participate in monthly supervision to ensure quality care and culturally protected practice.
