About the Prospect
We are looking for the industry's best Sommeliers to join the team and deliver a best-in-class wine experience.
You will have an unwavering passion and appreciation of wine.
This is a hands‐on role with focus on service delivery, upkeep and maintenance of the wine cellar.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have
Demonstrated experience as Sommelier in a premium restaurant
Passion for the wine industry
Extensive knowledge of wine,



new and old world
Exceptional service skills and guest focused
Experience with stock control and inventory management is advantageous
Must be up-to-date with industry trends
Highly adaptable and able to perform in high- pressure service periods
Proven ability in building effective relationships
Organisational and time management skills
Exceptional communication and presentationAvailability across a rotating roster
WSET certification or similar (highly regarded)
RSA certificate
