We now have an opportunity for a Branch Manager to lead our expansion into NSW.
Air Diffusion Australia is seeking a sales-focused Branch Manager to lead our Glendenning team.
You will drive branch growth, develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and oversee the efficient day-to-day operation of the site.

Responsibilities
Drive branch sales growth, profitability and market share across the Northwest region
Build, strengthen and expand relationships with existing trade customers while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities
Lead and motivate the branch team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales and margin targets
Manage trade sales, warehouse operations,



inventory and purchasing to ensure high levels of customer service
Implement company pricing, promotional and customer account strategies
Deliver branch KPIs, including sales growth, gross margin, stock control and operational performance
Lead regular team meetings to communicate priorities, drive accountability and celebrate sales success
Coach and develop the team to build a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture
Drive a high-performance team culture through training, coaching and development.
Work collaboratively with the existing branch network and management team to implement best practices and improve business performance
Qualifications and Experience
Previous experience in managing a trade sales location or B2B sales operation.
Previous HVAC experience a bonus but not essential
Ability to build and develop a team.
A current driver's license.
Salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
