Concentis are partnering with a leading renewable energy owner and operator to source an experiencedLead Technicianto support the ongoing operation and maintenance of a large-scale solar farm.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll provide technical leadership to site technicians while remaining hands-on in maintenance, fault finding and high-voltage operations.
This is a senior site-based role responsible for driving safety, reliability and operational excellence across the site.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and support a team of site technicians, fostering a strong safety-first culture
Plan and coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities to maximise plant performance
Perform and oversee high-voltage switching, fault finding and repairs across site assets
Supervise contractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
Manage maintenance work orders, reporting and asset information within the site's CMMS
Monitor site tools, spare parts and operational documentation to support reliable maintenance
Support compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements while working closely with engineering and operational support teams
About You
Current Queensland A Grade Electrical Licence




Proven leadership experience within industrial, utilities, power generation or renewable energy environments
Strong experience with HV switching, electrical maintenance and fault finding
Knowledge of CMMS platforms such as Maximo or similar maintenance systems
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to mentor and develop others
Willingness to participate in an on-call roster
