The Role
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a quality local residential portfolio of approximately ****** properties.
This is an all-round Property Manager position where you will manage every aspect of your portfolio, while working alongside a fully supportive and experienced property management team.
Your responsibilities will include:
End-to-end management of a quality residential portfolio with autonomy and confidence
Acting as the primary point of contact for property owners and tenants
Building robust,



long-term relationships and resolving matters efficiently
Completing routine, entry and exit inspections and preparing accurate condition reports
Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractors
Managing leases, rent collection, arrears and tenancy compliance
Providing clear, qualified communication and reporting to property owners
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with Queensland tenancy legislation
About You

Have proven experience in residential property management, ideally two or more years
