Position Overview
Due to continued growth, we are seeking aHigh-Risk Trainers and Assessorsto join our team.
We offer bothfull-time and contractor opportunities.
This role is based across ourBankstown and Blacktown training facilities, as well as at variousclient workplaces, and involves delivering training and assessment for a range of nationally recognised courses, including the following units:
Elevated Work Platform Under and Over 11m
Forklift and Order Picker
Dogging and Rigging
Bridge and Gantry Crane
Scaffolding Basic and Intermediate
Working Safely at Heights
Confined Spaces and Gas Test Atmospheres
First Aid
White Card
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all training meets industry standards, safety regulations, and RTO compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date training records and documentation.
Keep current with industry trends, equipment updates, and best practices.
Travel to client sites as required,



including occasional work away from home.
Requirements
Hold at least one of the qualifications listed above
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE***** or TAE*****)
Demonstrated industry experience and the ability to provide currency.
Experience in delivering courses in a training environment
Willingness to travel as required.
