The Role

You will be responsible for the protected and efficient collection and transport of dry waste across commercial and industrial sites throughout Sydney. Daily duties may include:
Operating Rear Lift, Front Lift, or Hook Lift trucks




Collection and transportation of commercial and industrial waste
Completing scheduled runs and maintaining delivery timeframes
Carrying out daily pre-starts and basic vehicle checks
Maintaining accurate run sheets and company documentation
Working closely with allocators and operations staff to ensure effective service delivery
Providing a high standard of customer service while on‑site

About You

You will bring:
Previous experience operating Rear Lift, Front Lift, or Hook Lift vehicles
Flexible working arrangement (scattered start times)
Reliable work ethic and ability to work independently
Valuable communication and customer service skills
A genuine desire for long‑time employment and career progression
