What You'll Do
Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team
Build a positive culture where people enjoy coming to work
Deliver exceptional hospitality across gaming, food,



beverage and events
Drive strong commercial and operational performance
Maintain outstanding compliance, safety and presentation standards
Lead major events and key trading periods with confidence

What We're Looking For
Proven Venue Manager or senior hospitality leadership experience
Strong operational knowledge across gaming, sports bar, food & beverage
A commercially minded leader who understands how to balance guest experience with business performance
Experience leading successful events and busy trading periods
A hands-on leader who enjoys developing people and leading from the front
Current Queensland RMLV and Approved Manager Licence
