Farmers Fresh is one of Sydney's growing fresh produce retailers, with multiple locations and exciting expansion plans.
We're looking for an experienced, organised and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Officer to join our team.
This is a key role within our business, supporting the financial and administrative functions across multiple stores.

About the Role
Reporting directly to management, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day accounts administration of the business while also providing general administrative support.
This role requires someone with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve account discrepancies.
Prepare and upload payment files.
Reconcile bank accounts, invoices and payments.
Maintain accounts payable records and ensure suppliers are paid on time.
Liaise with suppliers regarding invoices, payments and account queries.
Data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.
Prepare reports and spreadsheets for management.
General office administration and document management.
Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks.




Continuously identify ways to improve systems and administrative processes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts administration, accounts payable or a similar role.
Experience processing invoices, reconciling supplier accounts and preparing payments.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience using accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, Reckon or similar will be highly regarded.
The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
A professional, reliable and team-focused attitude.
Experience within a retail, wholesale or multi-site business will be highly regarded.
