Aurora is expanding across Australia and seeks an motivated and proactive HR Coordinator to join our Concord team.
Reporting to the National HR Manager, you will manage HR administration across the full employee lifecycle and gain exposure to Employee Relations, compliance, HR systems, and people operations.
This hands-on role covers onboarding, contract generation, documentation, recruitment coordination, HR reporting, and support for workplace investigations.
