What you'll be doing
This role is perfect for someone who loves variety and connection.
You will be delivering theTAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessing via Face to Face and MS Teams delivery
You will join a collegial team of experienced trainers and assessors who bring many years of practical knowledge from across the VET sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and assessing TAE programs, supporting students to develop confidence, capability and compliance in their training practice.
We deliver our programs through a blended model that combines face-to-face workshops, live online sessions and supported learning.
Importantly, our commitment to students extends well beyond the workshop.
These programs are delivered to groups suchhigh school teachers, RTO's, Defense Force, Mining Organisations and members of the general public.
Training locations may includeSoutheast Queensland, Central and Far North Queensland, NSW, Tasmania and Victoria.
Some travel will be required.
A current Blue Card (Queensland Working with Children Check) is required for this position.
In addition to delivering training and assessment, you'll have the opportunity to be involved in a range ofprofessional projectssuch as training resource development, program enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives.
These projects are designed toextend your skills, showcase your expertise and keep your work fresh and diverse— perfect for trainers who enjoy contributing ideas, shaping quality resources and being part of something that continues to evolve.

What do you need to be considered?
To deliver training and assessment for the TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment you must hold one of the following:
TAE***** Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or its successor
TAE***** Diploma of Vocational Education and Training
TAE***** Diploma of Vocational Education and Training
TAE***** Diploma of Training Design and Development
TAE***** Diploma of Training Design and Development
A higher-level qualification in adult education or vocational education and training.
To shine in this role, you'll bring:
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a friendly disposition
A strong work ethic
Computer literacy, especially using online learning platforms, word processing, presentation packages and online webinar software.
Most importantly - you must demonstrate a sound understanding of compliance within the VET sector, be familiar with ASQA, JSA, JSCs and NCVER and be able to tell us what you love about the VET sector.
You must also have a recent and ongoing professional development history around teaching and learning in the VET sector.

Youmust be based in Southeast Qldfor this role and have a well-set-up home office.
Travel is part of the adventure, so you'll needyour own reliable carand aclean driver's licence.
