Our client is seeking aSenior Project Managerto lead a replace contact centre platform.
This is a high-impact role where the successful candidate will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle — from scoping and vendor selection through to implementation.
This role will be defining for a career Senior Project Manager and requires deep, specialist experience in Contact Centre replacement to Universal Service Desk.
Key Responsibilities
Leadend-to-end Contact Centre transformation program
Define business needs andscope requirements
Conductvendor selection process (RFP/RFQ)and hold vendors accountable
Developbusiness case and investment justification
Establish delivery roadmap and governance framework
Oversee fullimplementation lifecycle
Drive stakeholder alignment across HR, IT, and leadership
Manage risks, dependencies, and program outcomes
Key Requirements




Proven experience as aSenior PM specialising in Contact Centre implementations
Strong track record invendor selection and system implementation
Deep understanding ofHR systems (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.)
Experience deliveringenterprise transformation programs
Solid commercial, governance, and stakeholder management capability
Working Arrangements
Location:Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane
Hybrid:4 days onsite / 1 day WFH after probation
