About the Role
We're looking for a Receptionist to join us on a
casual
basis at
Tasman Holiday Parks – Coolwaters Cairns
This position is an immediate start and is perfect for locals looking for long term employment in beautiful Tropical North Queensland.
You will be responsible for:
Greet guests warmly and manage check-ins and check-outs.
Handle bookings, enquiries, and phone calls efficiently.
Maintain accurate guest records and financial transactions.




Provide excellent local information to enhance the guest experience.
What you will bring to the team:
NewBook Experience:
Prior experience using NewBook PMS is essential.
Front Desk Expertise:
Proven experience in holiday park or hospitality reception.
Great Communication:
A friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude.
Reliability:
Ability to commit to a minimum of 4 months.
Availability to work weekends, peak periods and complete overnight on-call duties is required.
