The Sales Support Coordinator provides administrative, team and client support to a high-performing real estate sales team. Working closely with the lead agent, this role assists with sales campaigns, preparing properties for market, interacting with buyers and sellers and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Support
Support the sales team throughout the property sales process.
Coordinate appointments with vendors, buyers, solicitors and contractors.
Attend property valuations, measure-ups, pre-settlement inspections and marketing appointments
Attend trade quotations
Assist with Saturday open homes and property inspections.
Maintain a professional and responsive experience for clients.
Campaign & Marketing Coordination
Coordinate property marketing, including photography, floorplans and campaign preparation.
Deliver Just Listed cards,



auction invitations and monthly sold letterbox drops.
Install and collect open home directional signage.
Update team marketing materials.
Sales Operations
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales files.
Manage diary scheduling.
Respond to general client enquiries and email correspondence.
Provide general operational support to the sales team as required.
Skills & Experience
Previous administration, customer service or real estate experience is not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Requirements
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or willingness to obtain).
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
Availability to work every Saturday, with a rostered weekday off in lieu.
