JBS Townsville is seeking a Fabrication Lead at our Townsville Plant on a full time basis.
Reporting to the Fabrication Supervisor, you will lead the Boning Room operations, coordinating performance, training and guidance to ensure production, quality, food safety and WHS objectives are met.
This hands-on leadership role develops and motivates team members through effective communication and performance support, while maintaining accurate records and contributing to workplace improvements.
