McArthur is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a team providing in-home, high-intensity disability support to a female Participant in Terrigal.
Shifts are in the morning and evening, seven days a week, with rosters published four weeks in advance to help planning.
The role requires a Cert III or higher in Disability/Community Services or related field, and at least 6 months of experience delivering respectful supports in a client's home.
Robust communication skills are essential.
