We're seeking a part time or full time (4-5 days) medical receptionist to join our dynamic team at Cardiac Health Institute (CHI)!
About Us:
Established in ****, CHI is a leading cardiology practice with three locations across Sydney (Epping, Norwest Private Hospital Bella Vista, and Sydney Adventist Hospital Wahroonga).
Our team of 7 cardiologists and 20 staff members are dedicated to providing exceptional cardiac care in a friendly, multidisciplinary setting.
What we are looking for:
Strong customer service focus to provide safe quality patient care;
A highly professional and friendly demeanour;




High levels of motivation and initiative;
Strong attention to detail;
The ability to adapt to change and multitask;
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
Face to face interaction and customer service to patients;
Liaising with external departments including pathology;
Providing billing support and online Medicare claiming;
Managing daily incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
As this role will require you to work from any of our established clinics (Epping / Bella Vista / Wahroonga), being able to travel is essential, and having access to a car is preferred.
