Customer Service & Order Entry – Concrete Plant

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Order Entry Officer to join our busy concrete plant. This is a fast-paced role where you'll be the first point of contact for customers, taking orders, coordinating with production and dispatch, and ensuring exceptional service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls and emails.
Accurately enter and process concrete orders.
Liaise with customers, plant staff, and drivers to coordinate deliveries.
Work closely with the production and dispatch teams to ensure efficient daily operations.
Perform general administrative duties as required.

About You




Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Robust computer and data entry skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy workplace.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Previous experience in customer service, administration, transport, logistics, or the construction/concrete industry is desirable but not essential.
