About You
We're looking for people who are caring, reliable,



and passionate about empowering people with disability to live their best lives.
You will have:
Experience in disability support (preferred but not essential)
A genuine passion for supporting others
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Availability for weekend and non-active sleepover shifts is a MUST
A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
A current Blue Card
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
A valid driver's licence (minimum P2), reliable vehicle, and smartphone
Certificate III in Individual Support (advantageous but not essential)
Please note: Female applicants are required to meet the specific support needs of our participants.
Your Role
Support participants with daily living and personal care
Encourage independence and community participation
Assist participants to achieve their individual goals
Promote dignity, choice, and safety in every interaction
