About the position:
This is a career-defining opportunity for an experienced (2-5 years experience)Family Lawyerto join the firm as an Associate.
You'll join the family law division while working on a range of complex and high-value family law cases, including property settlements, parenting disputes, financial agreements, and divorce matters.
As aFamily Lawyer, you'll not only oversee your own caseload but also get mentored by a talented team of senior family lawyers.
You'll work closely with the firm's leadership to drive the success of the practice, contributing to its growth, strategy, and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a complex caseload of family law matters, including high-net-worth property and parenting cases




Provide strategic advice to clients and collaborate on innovative legal solutions
Drive business growth and contribute to the firm's strategic goals
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders
Key Requirements:
2-5+ years PAE in family law, with a proven track record of handling complex cases
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Strong business acumen and the ability to contribute to practice growth
Ability to achieve billable targets (5-6.5)
A genuine passion for family law and achieving excellent outcomes for clients
