About the Role
As Assistant Centre Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the service while helping to drive quality outcomes across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Centre Manager in leading daily centre operations
Mentor, coach and develop educators to achieve their full potential
Ensure compliance with National Regulations and National Quality Standards
Build strong partnerships with children, families and the local community
Support occupancy growth through exceptional family experiences and community engagement
Monitor centre performance against financial, operational and quality targets
Foster a positive, cooperative and inclusive team culture
About You




To be successful in this role, you will have:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Proven leadership experience within an Early Childhood Education setting
Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and compliance requirements
A current Working with Children Check
Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills
A passion for mentoring teams and driving continuous improvement
A positive, solutions-focused leadership approach
