We are currently looking for1 x 1st Year Landscape Construction Apprenticeto join our growing team working acrossWestern Sydney.
This opportunity is open toJunior or Adult apprenticeswho are motivated, reliable, and eager to build a career in the landscaping industry.

Location:Western Sydney
Hours:Monday - Friday,7:00am - 3:30pm
Overtime:Some to mostSaturdays during Summer (paid OT)
Training:1 day per week at TAFEfor approximately3 yearsto complete the theory component of your apprenticeship.
White Card (Construction Induction)
Driver's Licence & Own Transport
First Aid Certificate– desirable but not essential
Willingness to learn and work outdoors in all conditions

Key Duties
You will assist the team with a range of landscaping tasks including:
Contributing toteam safetyand reporting hazards immediately
Following allcompany policies, procedures, and safety standards
Safely using and maintainingtools and equipment
Assisting withsite preparation and landscape construction
Mowing, brush cutting, weed control, and chemical application
Demonstratingcommon sense and awareness on site
Communicating clearlywith site managers and team members
Performance Expectations
Your performance in this role will be assessed on:
Yourwork ethic and contribution to the team, based on feedback from supervisors and peers
Punctuality and reliability
Yourinitiative and willingness to learn new skills and techniques
Compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards
Attendance and participation at TAFE
Seekingclarification from supervisors when instructions or tasks are unclear
