About You
You are a fully qualified electrician with a current NSW Electrical Licence and a strong foundation in safe, compliant electrical work.
You ideally hold CEC Solar Accreditation and understand the standards expected in renewable energy installations.
You bring a disciplined, organised approach to your work, with strong attention to detail in every connection, test, and finish.
You take WHS seriously and consistently apply safe systems of work without compromise.
You are comfortable working independently on-site while also contributing positively to a wider team environment.
You communicate clearly and professionally with customers, installers, and project coordinators.
You take pride in doing the job properly the first time and maintaining high installation standards under pressure.
You are motivated by growth,

Role Responsibilities
Known as a Site-Based Electrical Tradesperson, you will be responsible for:
Assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining solar electrical systems, wiring, inverters, and associated equipment on residential and commercial sites
Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults across PV systems, batteries, and related infrastructure using test equipment and troubleshooting methods
Connecting electrical components including circuit breakers, inverters, transformers, metering systems, and distribution boards
Inspecting completed installations to ensure full compliance with Australian standards, codes, and internal quality requirements
Conducting electrical testing of circuits, continuity, insulation resistance, and system performance using industry-standard testing equipment
Identifying hazards, defects, and installation risks on-site and escalating or rectifying issues in line with WHS requirements
Advising supervisors and project teams on equipment performance, safety risks, and operational suitability of installed systems
Ensuring all installations are completed with high workmanship standards, neat cable management, and system integrity
Collaborating with installation teams, designers, and project coordinators to ensure smooth job delivery and handover
Supporting commissioning activities and system start‐up processes to ensure optimal performance
Maintaining tools, equipment,



and company vehicles in a safe and professional condition
Completing all required documentation, compliance records, and job reporting accurately and on time
Adhering strictly to WHS policies, site safety procedures, and risk management frameworks
Representing the business professionally when interacting with customers on-site
Goals You'll Achieve in Your First Three Months
Learn the business inside out, including how we design, install, and commission solar and battery systems across residential and commercial projects.
You'll gain a transparent understanding of our standards, expectations, and safety culture.
Learn our core installation and compliance processes, including wiring standards, testing procedures, and documentation requirements.
You'll become confident working within our structured delivery model.
Get runs on the board by completing supervised and then independent installations to a consistently high standard.
You'll establish trust in your workmanship, speed, and reliability on live projects.
Experience You'll Need
Fully qualified electrician with current NSW Electrical Licence
Ideally CEC Solar Accreditation or willingness to obtain
Strong residential or commercial electrical installation experience
Solid understanding of WHS requirements and safe work practices
Experience working with solar PV systems or renewable energy installations preferred
