This high-volume outlet operates as a cafe and licensed bar, serving everything from hot drinks, cakes, and sandwiches to hot finger food and alcoholic beverages.
It's an setting that's always buzzing, and we need a supervisor who can keep things running smoothly no matter how busy it gets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a small, tight-knit team during peak service periods
Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth and efficient service
Provide hands-on training, coaching, and support to recent team members




Ensure high standards of food and beverage presentation and service
Maintain compliance with all licensing and health & safety requirements
Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
Assist with stock control, ordering, and daily cash handling procedures

Strong leadership and problem solving skills, with ability to motivate and inspire others
Experience in a similar position or extensive F&B; experience
Passionate hospitality professional
Is hands-on, loves customer service and has a keen eye for detail
Available to work weekdays & weekends on a rotating roster as per business needs
Knowledgeable working with POS systems
Well presented with strong attention to detail
Experienced with maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions, stock ordering, stocktaking
