THE OPPORTUNITY
To join the team at Essential Coffee in Burleigh Heads while growing and developing with our expanding company. To be part of a customer focused team in a successful Australian owned international company.
Your role will consist of working in a team environment assisting with all aspects of Parts inventory/ management along with assisting our Service team in the workshop.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Spare Parts Stock Control
Spare Parts Pick/ Dispatch
Assist in rebuilding parts
Assisting customers over the phone when required
General workshop and warehouse duties
Assist on technical line
Ensure to follow up on customers enquiries in the most efficient and timely manner




Assisting with Processing service Department invoices if required
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Willing to learn new position
A excellent work ethic with the ability to work autonomously
Current national police check or be able to obtain one on starting
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Excellent problem solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
A team player with high work standards. Reliableand enthusiastic, with a solid commitment to working in a team
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Ability to act professionally when dealing with difficult customers
A consistent, professional demeanour that is able to handle fluctuations of work pace
Accounting program, such as
Xero
and
Unleashed
preferred but not essential
Excellent understanding of customer needs
Attention to detail and ability to follow through on task
National Police Check required or able to obtain one
