About the Role

We're looking for a proactive Staff Scheduler & Service Coordinator to join our Cairns (Earlville) office. You'll work closely with the Kitchen Services Manager and field technicians to coordinate bookings, update schedules, and support day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle daily scheduling and rostering of field technicians
Liaise with customers via phone and email to confirm service timesUse Simpro to update customer details and job information




Track real-time changes: cancellations, sick leave, job access requirements
Ensure technicians have access info, keys, and job details
Support the team with admin, communication, and last-minute schedule changes

About You
Strong admin and scheduling/rostering experience
Confident in customer service and phone communication
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Proficient with IT systems (e.g. Excel, CRM, Simpro)
Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently
