To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably within the mining industry
Proven experience leading and managing crews in high-performance environments
Relevant trade qualification along with S123 certification
Solid understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
