Payroll Officer

Are you an experienced Payroll Officer who takes pride in accuracy, compliance, and delivering exceptional service? Join Southern Cross Care (SCC) and become part of a team-oriented Finance team of 5 that ensures our people are paid correctly and on time, every pay cycle.

The Role - Epping Head Office - 12 month Fixed-Term Contract

In this role, you'll manage end-to-end payroll processing in a high-volume setting, (2000 +) maintain employee records, interpret time and attendance data, process leave and termination payments, and ensure compliance with payroll legislation, enterprise agreements, taxation, and superannuation requirements. You'll also partner closely with People & Culture, managers, and external stakeholders to resolve payroll queries and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
