Are you energetic, people-focused, and passionate about health and fitness? We’re looking for a friendly and proactive team member to join our crew, supporting members on the gym floor and providing excellent service at reception.

If you enjoy helping others feel confident, welcomed, and supported in their fitness journey, you’ll fit right in. This is a casual position offering approximately 20 hours of work per week, with the prospect to be part of a positive and motivating team environment.

What You’ll be Doing:
Greeting members with genuine warmth and providing world-class customer service
Managing check-ins, memberships, enquiries, bookings and sales
Keeping the gym floor safe, tidy and engaging
Assisting members with equipment and basic exercise technique
Supporting trainers and staff with daily operations
Ensuring the gym is spotless, organised and running smoothly
Helping create an uplifting, positive gym culture

Key Requirements:
Must have minimum Certificate III in Fitness




Experience in the fitness industry and customer service
Availability to work flexible schedule, including weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for fitness and wellness
