About the Role
Support young people with complex behaviours in a residential home.
Build positive relationships through consistent, therapeutic support.
Promote life skills, independence, and community participation.




Respond calmly and safely to challenging situations.
Complete documentation and contribute to individual support plans.
This is a male only role
Skills & Experience
Experience supporting young people or vulnerable individuals.
Ability to manage challenging behaviours professionally.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Relevant qualifications or willingness to obtain required clearances.
