We provides premium water solutions for Australian homes, including whole-house water filtration systems, hydrogen reverse osmosis benchtop units, sparkling benchtop water units, and other home water products.
We are looking for an Influencer PR & Partnerships Manager to help us grow our brand and generate leads through influencer partnerships across Australia.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone with experience in influencer marketing, PR, partnerships, events, social media, and lead generation.
You will be responsible for finding, contacting, negotiating, and managing influencers who can help promote our products to Australian families, homeowners, renovators, skincare audiences, kitchen/lifestyle audiences, and home improvement markets.
This is not just a social media posting role. We are looking for someone who can build influencer relationships that create both brand awareness and real sales opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
Research and identify suitable Australian influencers
Contact influencers and manage communication
Negotiate collaboration terms, product gifting, commissions, paid posts, event involvement, and content deliverables
Work with our team to plan influencer campaigns, PR activities, and events
Prepare simple campaign briefs and talking points
Coordinate influencer content, posting dates, discount codes, and tracking links
Assist with PR events, influencer activations, product launches, and brand collaborations
Work with sales representatives to ensure influencer-generated leads are followed up quickly
Track campaign performance, including leads, sales, engagement, content quality, and ROI
Build long-term relationships with successful influencers, partners, and media contacts




What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who has:
3+ years' experience in influencer marketing, PR, partnerships, events, or a similar role
Experience working directly with influencers, creators, agencies, or media contacts
Confidence communicating with influencers, agencies, partners, and customers
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Experience helping plan or coordinate PR events, influencer activations, product launches, or brand campaigns
Robust organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns or projects at once
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms
The ability to understand both branding and sales outcomes
A commercial mindset and comfort being measured by campaign results
Good writing skills for briefs, outreach messages, and simple content direction

Build a database of suitable Australian influencers and PR contacts
Start conversations with potential influencers and partners
Secure ongoing influencer and PR collaboration opportunities
Support influencer campaigns, PR activities, product launches, and events
Build strong relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, media contacts, and brand partners
Work with the sales team to make sure leads are followed up
Report clearly on which influencers and campaigns are generating enquiries, sales, content, and brand exposure
