Our mission is: "Creating opportunities together" Job Description We want to continue expanding our Goulburn team in **** and would love to welcome Graduate Occupational Therapists looking to make a meaningful and rewarding impact for our clients!
On a daily basis you will be: Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely mannerAssessing clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessmentsInterpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each clientProviding therapeutic interventions that are evidence-basedProviding support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilitiesRecommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist client with their functional limitations and to promote independence Benefits for you Slow ramp up - including lowered impact targets for the first year.




PD opportunities - 4x paid professional development days a year + weekly professional development sessions + online learning hub + guest speakers + in-house leadership development programs.
Supervision – paired with a dedicated supervisor for 1 hour of 1:1 weekly supervisionGroup Supervision - weekly group supervision run by our Clinical Leads and seniors.
