We're now looking for an experienced
Rehabilitation Consultant or Senior Consultant
to join our
Sydney team.
The Role
You'll manage a varied and meaningful caseload, supported by experienced peers and leaders who genuinely understand rehab work.
Your role will include:
Developing tailored rehabilitation and return‐to‐work plans
Assessing physical, psychological, social, and vocational factors
Conducting Vocational, Workplace and Functional Capacity Assessments
Working collaboratively with clients, employers, treating providers and insurers
Providing clear, evidence‐based advice to support sustainable outcomes

About You
You'll bring:
A qualification as a
Rehabilitation Counsellor, Psychologist, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Exercise Physiologist
Registration with
AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC
Around
1–2 years' experience
in occupational rehabilitation
Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders
A genuine interest in achieving positive, sustainable outcomes for people
A current driver's licence and recent National Police Clearance
