We're looking for a friendly, professional and customer-focused
Receptionist
to join our Sydney CBD office. Working as part of a
two-person reception team
, you'll play an important role in ensuring every client, visitor and caller receives a warm, professional and caring experience from the moment they connect with us.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy workplace and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
As one of the first people our clients meet, you'll help create a positive and professional first impression of Law Partners.
Your day will include:
Welcoming clients, visitors, barristers, solicitors and other guests
Working collaboratively with another receptionist to manage our busy front-of-house function
Answering and directing a high volume of incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently
Managing enquiries and ensuring they reach the right team promptly
Coordinating meeting rooms and visitor arrivals
Maintaining a welcoming, organised and professional reception area




Providing administrative support to the wider business as required
Delivering outstanding customer service with empathy, patience and professionalism
About you
You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and remains calm, organised and positive, even when things get busy.
You'll bring:
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
A confident and professional telephone manner
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A warm, approachable and empathetic personality
Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude
