Housekeeper / Personal Household Assistant
3 or 4 days a week for between 3-6 hours per day (flexible; weekdays preferred)
Start Date: ASAP
$35/hr.
This role goes beyond standard housekeeping duties and includes running errands, household shopping, organising spaces, and providing general support in the day-to-day management of the home.
Key responsibilities
Regular, thorough cleaning of all rooms, including vacuuming and mopping
Laundry care, including washing, folding, ironing and wardrobe maintenance
Maintaining a tidy and welcoming home setting
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and bathrooms
Monitor household supplies and restock as needed
Personal Assistant / Errand Duties
Grocery shopping and running household errands (e.g. dry cleaning, pharmacy pickups, post office)
Receive and organise deliveries and packages
Organise and declutter rooms, closets, pantries, and storage spaces
Assist with planning or preparing simple meals or snacks




Coordinate service appointments (e.g. cleaners, repair technicians)
Organisational Support
Maintain an efficient home by implementing organisational systems
Keep track of inventories (household goods, groceries, cleaning supplies)
Assist in seasonal cleanouts or home projects
Requirements
Previous housekeeping or personal assistant experience (minimum 2-3 years preferred)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Trustworthy, responsible, and discreet
Able to work independently and take initiative
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability and willingness to communicate effectively
Preferred Skills
Basic cooking or meal prep experience
Tech-savvy enough to manage simple online shopping, scheduling, and troubleshooting of household utilities
