We're on the hunt for an experienced
Accounts Receivable Associate
to join a high-performing, global medical devices business based in
Belrose
, supporting their Finance team through a busy stretch from
August **** to April ****
. This is a
part-time, temporary role (3-4 days per week, onsite)
perfect if you're after that better work-life balance without stepping away from meaningful, hands-on finance work.
What you'll be doing:
Keeping on top of outstanding receivables and following up overdue accounts
Applying customer payments and reconciling accounts
Chasing down billing discrepancies, short payments and credit issues
Helping pull together monthly AR aging reports and collection updates
Supporting month-end close, including AR reconciliations and reporting




Keeping AR records neat, accurate and audit-ready
Working closely with internal teams to sort out customer queries
Jumping into ad-hoc tasks — audit support, projects, manual payment processing
What you'll bring:
A Diploma in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent tertiary study)
At least 3 years' experience in Accounts Receivable or similar
Confident across the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
Experience with an ERP system such as Oracle or SAP
The ability to work independently and pick things up quickly
