Experienced Powder Coater – Full Process (Prep to Finish)

in-house powder coating facility
, is looking for an experienced Powder Coater to join our growing team.
This is a hands‐on role covering the
entire powder coating process
—from preparation through to final inspection. If you take pride in producing a premium finish and have strong attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing aluminium and steel components for coating
Sanding, cleaning, degreasing and masking products
Hanging and unloading parts efficiently
Applying powder coatings to a high standard
Operating curing ovens and associated equipment
Inspecting finished products to ensure quality and consistency
Carrying out touch‐ups and rework where required
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
Working closely with our fabrication team to meet production deadlines
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum of




4 years' powder coating experience
Proven experience in the
complete powder coating process
, from preparation to finished product
Experience coating aluminium and steel components
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
A strong work ethic with a reliable and punctual attitude
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A current Forklift Licence (LF) is advantageous but not essential
