This job isn't just for anyone. Here's what you'll need to be successful here:
You like the variety in a flexible schedule. Each day you will be at a number of locations with different clients. You'll never get bored.
You enjoy communicating with and helping people. There is a satisfaction in helping people in their time of need. To the client, this is a stressful time. You can be the person who makes the situation easy.
You have a positive personality. When we asked our team the best things about working here, the top 2 responses were the variety and the people they work with. So, you will need to bring that optimistic vibe to maintain the positive team feel.
