Administration All-Rounder

We’re seeking a confident & Bubbly Admin All-Rounder who thrives in a quick-paced office environment. You'll work alongside our accountants and administration team to provide exceptional service to our clients while keeping our office running smoothly.

Full Time Position

We are seeking an organised, friendly & detail-orientated Admin Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Backup our main receptionist when needed; answering phones, email correspondence
Client onboarding and document management
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Scheduling & Managing appointments
Assisting with billing, invoicing, and lodgments
Following up outstanding accounts (debt collection)
Providing general administrative support across the office

What We're Looking For
Prior admin experience necessary
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
Friendly, qualified, and adaptable attitude
