Key responsibilities
- Leadership, mentoring, guiding and inspiring a stable team of educators
- Compliance, ensuring full adherence to the NQF, Regs and QKFS guidelines
- Operations – managing the day to day including all usual elements of daily operations
- Fostering strong team-oriented relationships with families, our fabulous team and the local community
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement to maintain our high standards across the service.
