About the Role
As a Site Support, you will play an key role in supporting our Site Supervisors and trades to ensure our construction sites remain secure, clean and operating efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining clean, organised and secure construction sites.
Assisting Site Supervisors with day-to-day site activities.
General laboring duties including lifting,
moving and unloading building materials.
Assisting with site set-up and pack-down.
Installing temporary site protection where required.
Conducting site clean-ups and waste removal.
Receiving and checking deliveries.
Completing basic maintenance and handyman tasks.
Supporting trades as directed.
Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with WHS requirements.
Travelling between multiple construction sites throughout the Hunter Region.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in construction or laboring (preferred but not essential).
A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive communication skills.
A commitment to workplace health and safety.
The ability to undertake physically demanding work.
To be successful in the role you will hold a current NSW construction induction white card & NSW Drivers License. You will be able to follow instructions and have a valuable eye for detail. Being a manual labour role, you should be physically fit and enthusiastic. The successful applicant should also have their own reliable vehicle with a vehicle provided for work purposes only.
