Longs House compliments our sister restaurant - the long standing (20+ years) and community recognised Lakeside Restaurant.
Long's House is set in a beautiful house dating back to the early ****s, located next to Sydney Helicopters on Castlereagh Rd. Enjoy this beautiful location, working for a company that provides security, flexibility, challenges, and staff benefits.

In this instance we are seeking a full-time chef/part time.
Full Time/Part Time Position
Evening and weekends shifts
Preparation and service across busy breakfast, lunch and dinner periods
Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
Assisting with stock control,



food safety and kitchen organisation
Working closely with a supportive, friendly and professional team
Opportunity to work in a well-established and respected venue
Competitive hourly rate based on experience
The successful applicant will demonstrate
Qualified chef with relevant trade qualifications
Previous experience in a busy restaurant environment (essential)
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
A strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Is reliable, punctual and team oriented
Availability to work nights and weekends as required
Access to own transport
