Civmec is proud to be supporting Eneabba Rare Earths Refinery Project in collaboration with Iluka Resources with a further package of work for the structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation (SMPE&I;) installation works across the facility.
As Australia's first fully integrated rare earths refinery, this milestone development is driving innovation—and we're building a skilled team to help bring it to life.
The Eneabba facility processes monazite concentrate from Iluka's mineral sands operations, with production having commenced in ****.
We're currently seeking experienced Boilermakers to join our Construction division on a long‐term project.
You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team contributing to a major infrastructure build in WA's Mid‐West.
Location
Eneabba, WA (Mid West Region)
Roster: 2:1 Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO)
The Role




Utilise all hand tools and forming machines to perform required functions
Perform welding techniques including, but not limited to, MMAW, FCAW, MIG.
Mark out steel components in accordance with engineering and detail fabrication drawings, specifications and standards
Interpret engineering and detail fabrication drawings, specifications and standards
Follow quality control systems and techniques
Maintain correct and accurate MARK numbers on steel components
Cut, notch, drill, ream, shape and form steel components in accordance with engineering and detail fabrication drawings, specifications and standards
Perform other general duties as required
About You
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
Australian recognised Trade Certificate
Current Working Safely at Heights Certificate
Current High risk elevating work platform license and VOC
Current Drivers Licence
Nationally recognised Construction Safety Awareness Card (White Card)
Previous construction experience
Ability to attend and pass a 3G/4G Weld Test before mobilisation
Ability to complete and pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
