About Commercial Hotel

Commercial Hotel is a classic Queensland pub that's been welcoming locals for generations and remains at the heart of the Redbank community. Home to a busy bistro, gaming, functions and a popular outdoor beer garden, it's a venue where regulars know the team by name and genuine hospitality keeps people coming back.

What You'll Do
Lead shifts and support the day-to-day operation of the venue
Coach and develop team members to perform at their best
Maintain exceptional service, presentation and compliance standards




Support stock control, cash handling and venue reporting
Resolve customer concerns with confidence and professionalism
Help drive team performance and deliver outstanding guest experiences

What We're Looking For
Experience leading teams in a pub, hotel or similar hospitality venue
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating excellent guest experiences
Confidence leading teams during busy service periods
A hands-on leadership style that supports, coaches and brings out the best in others
Current Queensland RMLV and Approved Manager Licence (essential)
Availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
