We have an prospect for a vibrant, dependable female Support Worker near the Blakehurst region to support a lovely 12-year girl with an intellectual disability. This job would be most suitable for a local applicant.

This role involves pick up from local school and transport training to the Particpants home via public Bus, as this is a primary NDIS goal

Key Responsibilities:
Pick up from the local school in vehicle
Teach her how to catch public transport home, identifying local landmarks
Understanding money and cash handling
Thursdays 3.15pm - 6.15pm
Potential for more days involving Community Participation.

Requirements:
Experience in Disability Support,
Current First Aid & CPR
Certificate NDIS Workers Screening Check / Module
Working with Children Clearance
Police Check
Fluency in English
Driver’s license with insured vehicle

Hourly rate is $42 per hour.
