We are seeking an experienced and capable Regional Manager, Regional Services to provide operational and strategic leadership across a regional service delivery function.
This full-time permanent opportunity based in the Townsville office, is integral to strengthening operational effectiveness, enhancing stakeholder partnerships, and delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes across the region.
As a leader, you will guide and support a regional team to achieve performance expectations, nurture a constructive and forward-thinking work environment, and contribute to organisational success through informed judgement and operational insights.

About The Role As the Regional Manager, you will provide strong leadership to a front-facing, customer-centric team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
This role requires travel to various work-related locations and offers an opportunity to influence regional service delivery and outcomes at a senior level.
