What You'll Be Doing:
Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections
Prepare detailed inspection reports
Assist with leasing inspections and open homes
Support the Property Management team with day-to-day tasks
Spend plenty of time out of the office visiting properties
Learn all aspects of property management from experienced mentors
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 months' experience in property management, leasing, or a similar real estate role
Current QLD Certificate of Registration
Eager to learn and build a long-term career in property management
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude with a solid work ethic
Current driver's licence
