About the role

FindStaff is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Vehicle Booking-In Officer to join a busy vehicle salvage yard in Acacia Ridge.

This is an entry-level opportunity where you'll be responsible for photographing incoming vehicles and accurately entering information into the system.

We're looking for someone with a strong eye for detail, positive basic computer skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced setting. You'll be on your feet throughout the day, working both indoors and outdoors as vehicles arrive on site.

No previous experience required - training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Photograph incoming salvage vehicles
Record and upload vehicle information using an iPad
Ensure vehicle details are entered accurately




Follow site procedures and safety requirements
Assist with general booking-in activities as required

About You
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable using technology, tablets, and data entry systems
Reliable with a positive attitude
Able to spend the day on your feet
Good communication and organisational skills
Automotive interest is a bonus, but not essential

What's On Offer?
$33.85 per hour
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Full-time hours
Ongoing casual role with potential for permanency
Full training provided
