Clark Rubber is seeking an Assistant Manager for one of our stores in Australia. You will support the Store Manager in all aspects of the business, lead a team and manage daily store operations, with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience in pool and outdoor products.

You will drive sales, coach and develop staff, handle opening/closing, inventory and stock management, and ensure targets are met while maintaining a excellent team culture.
